Last week was kinda busy. I just attended the birthday of Lanie, did In-in's shower party, meeting Rhebs, DAy G, Dharl and of course the valentines day.

Past few weeks and days me and hubby were hunting for cars. He has his standard in finding a car and I have mine. Last, Sunday everything just turn it right. Everything that I prayed for God gave it to us. Last, Monday we payed the car, hubby calls his nephew to fax the proof of insurance. We went to State of Secretary and when our number was called the fax from the insurance was there waiting for us. The woman in charge asked me what designed of license plate I liked. I chose the new designed of course. I signed some papers pay the sales tax, etc and of we go. It's fast! Hubby put the license plate at the back of my car. He told me since its my car now I should be the one driving. I asked him where we gonna go he says to north of MI. So of we go, I drove from MI 15, go west of I-69, go north of MI475 then merge to I-75. Exit 131 then go west to MI 57, turn left going to St.Charles. Coming backed, since it was already dark hubby drove the car. We stopped at my step daughters house since my hubbies suv was left there. He drove his car and I drove mine. It was kind of scary because it is dark but it is not my first time to drive at night so I was okay then. From my first day of having a car I had the longest drive too. Oh by the way, I called my car Lucy. I love lucy!

It's the 3rd year that my brother and sister in law invited kids around the village for a party and some neighbors. They had games for the kids and karaoke for the adults. Christmas celebration and even New year in PInas is way different from the holiday in US. I am just very glad that my family shared our blessings to others.

Christmas '06 I was sicked. I was coughing and seems that I have a flu all my joints are aching and I couldn't sleep at night. Two nights before Christmas were I have to open one gift then another gift the next night I was really sicked. In my picture it is so clear that I lacked sleep and even if I am smiling but my eyes was so tired. It's because I can't sleep becuase of the cough. Anyway, my everydearest husband take time to shopped for his gift to me. It was good that I bought his tools and cd the first week of December or else he doesn't have any gift from me. The night before Christmas we just cuddled, watched movie, drink wine and eat. Even if I am not feeling well I took time to baked and cooked. I made yams w/ cherries,banana nut bread,pancit, chicken adobo and aside from wine we have cali and san miguel beer hehe. We had a great time though. Hubby put me to bed and gave me the medicine on time that time I had a good sleep.

Last, night we attended the 37th Filipino Organization in our place. Lots of dancing, the food is good. And the dessert is too much to tell. We enjoyed the party though.
